Quick Stress Relief Tip
Typical daily life can be stressful enough, let alone dealing with an unfortunate circumstance. When the stress mounts, its always good to take a step back and relax yourself. No matter what your task, being relaxed will result in a better outcome. In Zen, there is a concept known as:
“No roof over head. No ground under feet”
It’s a technique you can apply to center yourself and relieve stress. Here’s how it works, and try as you read.
Close your eyes and imagine there is no roof over your head and no ground beneath your feet, as if you’re floating. Go ahead, close your eyes, do this for 10 – 20 seconds and focus on the feeling inside………….
Welcome back! How did it feel? Did you feel content? Most people feel a feeling of contentment or satisfaction. That’s you centered, thats the way your supposed to feel most of the time, but our minds are so bombarded usually that we lose touch with that feeling. Once you’ve done this; you can then relax and complete the task at hand in a more relaxed, efficient, manner. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.

I know that itis sometimes hard to put things in perspective…but when I get really down,…I try to count all my blessings..
I know that there are so many people out there who are having it so much worse…
Try to thank God, for the Good that you have in your life..
Your true love, who stands beside you..your kids..
If you don’t have access to a computer, remember you can always go to a public library, to search look for jobs.
Try to take a day to go fishing! I go down to the Pier…you don’t need a license to fish.
I just take my radio,..fishing pole…
you gotta take a deep breath, and just have faith..
I don’t really meditate…that stresses me out LOL
I do try not to watch too much television though, and stay away from the doom and gloom stuff on television…maybe some funny old shows or some movies..but with all that’s going on in the world…it would be better to avoid all the things that make you feel sad..
make a promise to yourself, that you will put in at least one application a day…
and then take the weekends off or have a yard sale with your friends…
it will all work out.

If I tried to close my eyes even for a few seconds I would down right fall asleep. I am exhausted all the time.
When I am stressed out the most I try to find someone who needs to smile and is having a down day then I put all my energy into making that person know that God loves them and that they are special. It helps some of the stress go away.

If you would fall asleep, your body is telling you something. You can’t live life the way it was designed if you can’t relax and regroup. It’s not healthy even though we all do it and you will not achieve longevity in a comfortable state of being if you continue it too long.
Upon reading this, I could only think, “Better not stand, close your eyes, and imagine there’s no ground. I’d be the one to float right down to cracking my head before the 10-20 second mark.”
So I’d suggest lightly sitting or laying especially since concentrating on keeping your balance takes a vast amount of your entire concentration when your eyes are closed leaving no comfort to relax and float~
