Once again, celebrities will be gathered together to support online charity donation when they appear at the Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night XVII.  The event will be held in Arizona this month, aimed at finding a treatment and cure for Parkinson’s disease.  Reba McEntire will play emcee for the sixth consecutive year.  The night will be comprised of a cocktail hour, silent auction and dinner, plus music from many high level entertainers from around the world, including Matchbox Twenty, Kelly Clarkson, Lee Greenwood and Bret Michaels.  Billy Crystal will also make an appearance.

Internet Charity Donation for Parkinson’s

Muhammad Ali was stricken with Parkinson’s disease almost 20 years ago.  Since that time, Ali founded the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center to find a treatment and cure for Parkinson’s disease.  The Center, located at the Barrow Neurological Institute, has raised nearly $65 million dollars since its inception 16 years ago.  Supporters making an online donation will surely help to raise that total by a significant amount this year.

Online Charities Fight Cancer with Conan O’Brien

On February 10th, The Women’s Cancer Research Fund will celebrate its 15th anniversary, with online charities showing their support. This year, comedian and talk show host Conan O’Brien will take the stage as the host of “An Unforgettable Evening,” an event that raises support and awareness for the Women’s Cancer Research Fund sponsored by the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
