Any Donation Amount Will Help! After 2 months of fighting to save our little girl, the fight has been lost. In that fight we have paid out of pocket over $3,000 and still owe our vet and the emerg. vet over $3,500 between her bills and our other fur babies bills.

The emergency vet said her kidneys were not working and edema had started in her face legs and abdomen.  She was 11lbs when we took her there and when we picked her up she was 13 lbs from all the fluids built up....

Dr. Mel, said she is really ill, her kidneys and liver are bad, her BUN is over 300 and her phosphorusnis really high over 30 and her Creatinine is high
. Waiting to hear from Dr. Mel about transferring her to the emerg vet for fluid therapy to see if they are able to drop the levels, she said she has not seen it rever...sed when this high before, please let her be wrong, I can't loose her!...

Update 6/28/10

I am taking it day by day and missing my lil girl.  Doodle is going to the vet on the 2nd. Her legs are still lame but she is not seizing! That is wonderful but she is a zombie form the onslaught of meds she is on. She has her better days where she will perk up and eat and drink, today is not one of those, I have had to syringe feed and water her all day, she has no energy and is a zombie.

She's gone................. she just went through too much for her little body to take it, I won't be updating for awhile,I just need to have some time to mourn my baby.

Just went to visit our baby

She is resting, we will find out more Wed when we go in to bring her home.  Dr. G was already gone for the day when they let us come in to see her.
Her bill for today $791.50 and doodle needed some more meds so that was another $80.00
So we now owe $1,426.89 + $785.70 to emerg vet.

Update on our babies

Angelica is just waking up at the vet, it was not a tumor, Dr. G is not available to go over everything with us, so we are stunned and in the dark right now, all we know is, she had a hernia and where it was made her intestines necrotic, they had to take that part out. we do not know how much they had to take or anything else right now. She has to stay the there tonight.

This is not happening...

This is not happening.... I just found a large bump on
Angelica's tummy, and she threw up, just got back from the vet after,
ultrasound, x-ray and blood work...she has a tumor and is going in for surgery
Monday at 8am, gave us antibiotic and pain meds, we are having feed her the a/d
and liquid diet stuff doddle is on , this is not happening...
