Less Whine More WineOctober 27th, I started making my fall wine.  Whenever my life becomes to stressful I make wine.  It takes about three weeks, but most people let it ferment for two to three months.  I started making it last Summer and I found it to be very relaxing...it kept me off Prozac, so what can I say?...
