2010

I've set up some goals for myself for the coming year.
-To get my license back, I let them go dead (crazy on my part).
-Get my health back on track.
-Get a job that I'm able to perform, enjoy, and one that fulfills me.
 
Those are my main goals for 2010.  I will be working hard to achieve each one individually.  I spent a couple years feeling really sorry for myself, because of my health etc.  I've realized through talks with friends and people who love me, just how much...

My Health.......

I met with a Pulmonary specialist yesterday and while I'm relieved to finally get some kind of diagnosis-I'm scared.  I found out that I have Emphysema and more than likely, COPD and Ashtma too.  Watching my aunt suffer with this for years now, I'm scared about my future.  I'm scared about my childrens future.  They did a DNA test on me to see if this is hereditary and if I have the gene that causes it.  Please keep me in prayers, prayers would be so appreciated.  I...

I took the past year to reflect on what is most important to me in life.  Of course, my family and friends are the most important, they are number one.  I would put giving back in a spot all of it's own.

My wish to see Brittany graduate...

Brittany will be the first of my 4 children to graduate. She is my only daughter.
Me and her father divorced when Brittany was only 8 months old. Brittany has kind of went back and forth between me and her dad.
Once Brittany got old enough to make her own decisions in regard to where she wanted to live, we gave her that option. She typically spends a year or so with each of us.
For the past two years she has lived with her dad in Ohio, and will be graduating in May.

Tonight I was watching my hubby sleep.
I thank God each night that I met him.
We weathered many storms together, and with each storm, overcoming gets easier.
He has been the best thing that has happened to me in my life. He gave me 3 wonderful beautiful boys, and a life filled with love so gracious, that it is truly beyond words.

What inspires you?

I was thinking about what inspires me to do my very best, and to be a good person. I would say, firstly, God, inspires me to be and do good things.

The second motivation is my past and childhood. I grew up in a very poor family. My dad was a hard worker who worked for a lumber company.
