I'm in tears

When it rains it seems it pours.  Well I am on what they call a medicaid spin down and it is up on May 31st.  I called to see if I can have it extended because I will need follow up care after surgery.  Well no I can't get it extended.  I will have to incur 3,078.00 in medical bills in order to get the medicaid again.  My income is crap but they think people can live off of 10.00 a month.  I am so stressed, I don't know what to do.  I don't know if I should can...

Surgery

I am set to have reconstructive surgery on my right knee.  They plan to go in clean up the knee and they take out the torn ACL (I have a complete tare so its not able to repair itself) and then drill holes in the bones above and below the knee then put in a cadaver ACL (ie a donated ACL) then they will attach it with screws and pins.

Took Damian school shopping yesterday and found lots of great deals on Clearance.  Old Navy had jeans for 9.99 we were able to get 4 pairs and I found shirts for 3-5 dollars which is an awesome deal.  I still have supplies and his blazer and dress pants but I put the blazer and dress pants in layaway.  Sears has a lay away and I didn't even know it.  So that will help.  He starts school on August 13 which I thought the tuititon would be covered with my 401k but not it co...

why I am not homeschooling. I made this a thread but wanted to add it to my journal also.  I think people have the right to know why this decision was made. 
 
This question was brought to my attention and I want to address it to the entire community. I want you all to understand why homeschooling is not an option for me.

There are so many reasons why I made the decision to put my son in this school even though I know it is a great sacrifice on my family.
