I'm in tears

When it rains it seems it pours.  Well I am on what they call a medicaid spin down and it is up on May 31st.  I called to see if I can have it extended because I will need follow up care after surgery.  Well no I can't get it extended.  I will have to incur 3,078.00 in medical bills in order to get the medicaid again.  My income is crap but they think people can live off of 10.00 a month.  I am so stressed, I don't know what to do.  I don't know if I should cancel the surgery and just deal with the pain or have the surgery and deal with what comes after.  The surgery is on the 13th of May so that doesn't give me any time to be able to do physical therapy I should be able to fit a dr visit in but that is about it.  I just don't know where to turn its like all the cards are stacked against me and I have no one to turn to for advice or help.  God please send a miracle, I need one so bad.
