First day of school

Today was my son's first day of school. Well he was draging his feet but not fit thowing which was an awesome relief. He was nervous but I think excited to be going to this school especially since the meeting with the headmaster on Friday went to well.
We finally get there after I passed the school up three times, I think I was more nervous than he was. LOL Anyway, the headmaster meets us in the office to show us around. It was so funny he introduced us to the secretary and Damian does this martial arts type bow. I am so thinking what the heck is this kid doing? OMG I just figured ok he's nervous no biggie. Well then we go to meet the guidence counslor and he bows again I think OMG why the heck is he doing this, I was a little worried because it was a bit weird. I couldn't say anything beause I didn't want to embarass him. Well we get to his classroom and meet the teacher and the kids in his class and he does it again. I wanted to die. I didn't know rather to laugh or cry. WTH is the kid doing. So I walk out the the headmaster and we were talking and he says is that part of his apergers. I said I don't what that is. LOL I told him I think he is just nervous but on the ride home I was calmer and realized he didn't want to shake hands he has this thing about people touching him. OMG once I realized I had to laugh it was kinda funny. I can't wait till he gets home I can't wait to hear about his day. I hope and pray he loves it as much as I think he will. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful. The school is small and they have other kids with autism and one who is more severe.
If you guys don't mind please say a little prayer for him today. Now I have to get busy raising the money before the 15th so he can stay there. I still can't believe WUAH got him in before I had the money to pay for it.  Oh and say a little prayer that I can come up with the money to keep him there.
Thank for listening and letting me be a part of your community.
