I sent out an e-mail to many of my family and friends to let them know about my Microgiving account, but had thought that the best they could do was share my information.
I am so grateful to find out that one of my friends not only has the resources to help me out, but also was generous enough to do so. What a happy surprise!

All last week Karen was in the hospital, because her kidneys are slowly failing her. I feel so bad for her. I wish I could make her feel better.
She got discharged over the weekend, so that's good news. Now I wish that I could surprise her even more with a vacation.
Dear God, please let me get the donations I need to surprise Karen with this wonderful vacation. Please answer my prayers.
