One small step....

One small step....I find myself each day, taking little baby steps... these little steps turn into great big leaps... leaps of frustration, being scared, feeling like a failure at times.  I also find myself knowing and needing to changing the way I feel about things. 
I search out encouragement and faith and even a bit of hope, and each day we carry on...
I will continue to carry on and so what ever I can to make each day our own, and to live it to the fullest extent!

One for the birds...

One for the birds...Hey Friends, Today seems to be one of those days, you know the type... one just for the birds. Everything you touch turns to ...MUSH  (LOL... I went with a nicer word then I planned) Tom is having a pretty good day so far.  He says he feels rain coming.  Which I am sure he is 100 percent right, he usually is.  I hear him now, out in the living room, watching one of his police shows that he enjoys so much.  Funny thing, he didn't want to drink and Ensure this morning, and I told him.  Drink it or pay the price, and he said, "How much do I owe ya".... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH , I couldn't help but laugh. Well I guess the maid isn't going to show up again today, so I better get crackin... Shower to clean, tub to srub, and floors to be mopped!!  I'm thinking I need some calgon !!! Or maybe a double jack on the rocks........ Nahhhhh one drink and I'd be sicker then a dog.  But I hope you got a laugh out of it. Thanks Friends, for all that you do. Sherri

Oh What A Day...

Oh What A Day...Well today was another trip to Cleveland (The Cleveland Clinic).  We made it home safe adn sound and all of us are exhausted.  Please continue to keep my family in your thoughts and prayers.
