Please Can I Have My $25!

I just don't understand why this is so hard!  I made my request for withdrawl of my $25 back in June.  Nothing!  Then I found out that there was a problem with processing payments which was yet another frustrating setback.  Now I haven't seen anything about the status of the processing of the payments and I don't even know if my request was amongst them.
I have sent both emails and comments to both Michelle and Microgiving but I still haven't received my $25 yet?  Why?
On my "Requests / Transactions" page it says that my request has been completed which is not true because I haven't received the last $25 of my original request - why would it say that when I haven't received the last $25!  My request is not completed yet!
I have posted and typed and commented everywhere I can think of but I still don't have my $25 yet - please tell me why?  I just want to use that money to buy some food!  I could even be able to buy some meat with this money - but I don't have the money yet - please tell me why and please tell me when I will be able to get it?

Well I got another email from Microgiving (and of course it was something that I did NOT want to hear!)
The email said that microgiving was implementing a new payment process and that they hoped to have it up and operating within 72 hours. (That means it looks like I won't be getting my money before the weekend!)
What bothers me is that this new system doesn't seem to include Paypal. How else am I (and others) going to get their payout requests delivered?
The worse thing about this whole thing is that we will not know the details until they are announced - that is what gets me! All I want is my $25 - which will be less than $25 with the Paypal fee - oh yes, I forgot - they don't seem to be using Paypal anymore.
I just have to vent about this and get it off of my chest. I won't feel any better about it until I get the money that I requested!
