Level 2?

Level 2?I see that there are a lot of new members here and they are at level 1 and asking for donations.
I do know that you have to get at least to Level 2 before you can start requesting donations. You see once you are level 2 verified that means that you have a paypal account and that is where your donations are sent.

Here is a copy of some instruction that I gave to another Microgiving newcomer about how to get to level 2 status:

What you have to do is sign up for Paypal at Paypal.com. Signing up is free but you will need to have a bank account and a credit card to sign up with Paypal.

Once you have signed up and are accepted you then have to send 1 penny to Microgiving to make sure that the transaction goes through smoothly.

When Microgiving receives the penny then that should put you at level 2 status.
