About this Project
my name is lisa maxwell, i am a parapalegic with epilepsy. i can do alot of things but there are some things that are more challanging than others. this is why i need my seizure alert dog holly.I got holly from service dogs of america. she has saved my life more than once. she has woken me up in the night to let me know i was gonna have a seizure with my anti seizure abortive medication in her mouth, she is a blessing i cant live without. picking up things that has fallen to the floor has made me fall out of my wheelchair many times, holly gets things for me i cant, she opens doors for me when my hands are full or cant, she brings me the phone when i have fallen out my chair and couldnt move and has hit the alarm button to call for help when i had some grandmal seizures. i live alone and i owe what independance i have to this sweet girl holly. i cant live without her the thought of my life before i got my service dog was to grim to mention. she has given me hope and has helped me regain my confidence because i know she is there tto help me. holly cost 15000 dollars i got a scholarship that pays for 5 then the rest i make in payments, holly is a need i just cant live without. i live off a disability check that barely pays my rent and lights i gpo without food sometimes so i can get holly paid for. i need help paying for holly i just cant loose my only source of independance and help, the most important thing holly does for me is warn me of an oncomming seizure wich gives me enough time to get home and into a safe place. i use to get broken bones and alot of cuts and bruices from fallening and had alot of horrible things happen to me in public that i dont have to worry about anymore because i have holly. she is a four legged furry angel i cant live without. please help me, any amount will help me get closer to the goal of paying holly off. my prayers are for this god bless
