The garnishment you commented on? The procedur here is to include all
bills in a letter to show how you need more income and less
garnishment to thrive, however when we did that, we got notice that
Illinois is not a debt forgiving state, and that we will continue to
proceed as is. Thanks for your thoughts though sweety. I appreciate
it. Sharey

You are incredibly lucky nobody was hurt. It really is unfortunate
about the truck though. My vehicles are always breaking down so I
really know how hard life gets with no vehicle. We are rural and that
means a vehicle is a necessity, not a luxury. We don't have public
transportation out here..LOL..Domino's doesn't even deliver here!

Hi LInda, We have had a total of 5 garnishment now, and 2 more are
about to be started and we have a lawyer breathing down our neck about
medical past due bills. I have proof of all of this. Documentation. I
just dont now how to get it to microgiving to get myself up on verify
status. We wrote a letter to the court, showed all of our normal
expenses, but Illinois is a "non forgiving" state when it
comes to debt. You can look that up, they are harsh and take the
maximum out, it stinks. We are managing, in the best way we know how,
and someday it will be over, Im in college now, in two years I will
be a registered nurse. Our financial problems will be over then, but
it takes time. I would like to thank you for all of your sweet words,
and thoughts. I wish the best for you and yours. ~Sharey P.

Hello and Welcome, wow sorry to hear about the tree and your truck,
that truly is unfortunate. I hope you find some help getting it
repaired or replaced. Good luck.
