Biography
I am a mother of 3, I have about 120,000 in debt and cannot refinance to get a lower rate so I am asking for help to avoid bankruptcy and losng my house. I do not want to be living on the streets with three kids and my check doesn't even cover a quarter of teh bills an leave money for food too. Please help us avoid losing everything!

My progress: I am working on deleting outdated info on my credit report and paying down bills but it is
a slow process and I'm fraid I'll lose everything before i can do it on my own
This is a short term need assistance request for a family of 2 adults & 3 children

Do you qualify for any additional help?: No, I have tried everything from Hope, refinance companies and debt consolidation buttehy cannot help as I owe way more than my montyhly bills
What local/other agencies have you contacted?: Local bnks, lowermybills.com, CCCS, a real estate lawyer who tried with all banks aroud and finally gave up
Did you get denial letters? (if so are they attached to your request?): Yes but I do not have copies, I threw them out
What other sources of income do you or your family receive?: Just my paycheck about 360.00 after taxes/week
