As for syncing to your paypal.  The only thing you need to do is enter
your paypal address.  I think you are misunderstanding something
though.  Donations given to you on MicroGiving do not automatically go
to your Paypal account, they are collected in your MicroGiving
recipient account.

Once you have accumulated your donations you must then request a
payout.  Currently donations are being sent by paper check to the
name/address that is on your account.  

We are accepting paypal DONOR DEPOSITS into donor accounts....donors
fund their MicroGiving accounts from Paypal then they make donations
to MicroGiving recipients using the funds they deposited into their
MicroGiving donor account.

You do not need to sync your Paypal account with MicroGiving at all. 
Your profile is ready to be promoted and accept donations.  If you are
wondering why you don't see the donation button that is because only
donors see it.  To make sure you account is ready to accept donations
copy your personal URL..not from the address bar but from under your
info on you profile.  Log Out, refresh, then enter your URL into the
address bar.  You will then see your profile as the whole world (and
donors) see it.
