Biography
I'm a 28 year old female and currently living in my very small home town in northern NY with my significant other Adam. I work as a sales specialist at easy home. I have taken almost 2 years of health science college coarses, but never finshed a degree. My dream is simply to start a family. I've just recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome which causes infertility. There is hope with medication and fertility drugs so I hope my dream can still become a reality. My clock is ticking.

Hi Leash,

You build your connections by using the invite button under a members
avatar. This invites them to connect and to view information you have
set to "connections only" if they happen to click on your
invite button then you are mutually connected.

You do not need to be level 3 to receive donations however most donors
prefer to donate to level 3 recipients.

Level 3 recipients show up first in the Donor searches and donors can
filter their recipient searches to show only level 3 recipients.

Those who have provided documentation well beyond what is needed for
level 3 verification can be viewed in the rotating featured profiles
on the front page. This means of course that the level 3 recipients
have a far better chance of getting donations.

At level 2 the best possible way to get donations is to promote your
profile to people who know who you are and know your situation such as
friends on social networks, forums, email discussion groups, local
friends and family members. The "Share Profile" button
under member avatars makes it easy to share and promote profiles.

Hi Leash, you will need to upload your ID and W9 that is a requirement
for all recipients. For full verification you will need proof of need
and circumstances surrounding the need. That usually comes down to
proof the needs exists and that with you income after deducting basic
living expenses you are unable to fund the need yourself and that
there are no programs or that you are ineligible for any existing
programs to assist in the area of your need. For more information
come into the forum, there is a section for New Comers to help explain
the documentation and verification requirements. You will find the
forum under the community tab.
