Biography:
Hi. We're The Pruett's! My husband & I met on match.com. After exchanging a wink, a few emails, text messages & many phone calls we finally met. He lived in Chicago & I lived in Los Angeles. He flew all the way to L.A. for our first date. It was love at first sight! :-) We flew back & forth just to be together & he finally moved out to live with me last May. He took a major cut in his income, but my dad was dying & it was better to move out west where I could be close to him. We married 07-07-07 in Las Vegas where my Daddy lived. My dad was hospitalized that day & couldn't make it to our wedding.The first day into our honeymoon we received news my daddy was dying. My new husband & I immediately flew back to Vegas to be with my dad. He died July 21, 2007. I thank The Lord for all the time he gave me & for blessing the moments & love we shared. We began to start our own family & gave birth in February 2008 to our first child, Hannah. We were notified shortly after that our little angel was born with Down Syndrome. We feel God took extra time with Hannah, specially hand picking her. We feel blessed he chose & entrusted us to care for her & be her parents! She's our little girl!! :-) We also have two sweet little kitty's. We're a good Christian couple/family and try our best to walk a straight path. We put God first in our lives and strive everyday to become better. We try the best we can, but we are not perfect. We just choose to walk upright in truth and love and be real and genuine with actions and speech. Also to keep the most important commandments in mind, (MARK 12:29-31) things that are pleasing to The Lord. Our Faith is very important to us and defines who we are and how we hope to be.
I'm a full-time wife and mother. I also suffer from depression but medication helps me cope. I quit my career as a professional SAG actress after 11 years because of the depression. I thought I could return to work so we can get good medical but it's just impossible. We would rather have me home and make sure our little angel will be brought up right anyhow. :-) But here we are, in financial hardship/crisis. My husband doesn't believe in sites like this to ask for help BUT I DO! He thinks we should just work hard and HATES TO ASK FOR A HELPING HAND! Things are so hard for us financially and It hurts me to see my loving wonderful Godly husband so stressed out, hurt and grieved that he can't fully provide for his family. He's so wonderful, he doesn't complain but I see it in his face and in our checking account. He's a hard worker but we cannot even afford our monthly needs. The bills are stacking up & it appears theres no end in sight! We have a great marriage but the stress of financial problems really does take its toll on a young new married couple & child with a disability. We have decided to move back to the midwest where his family is and so he can get a better job with lower cost of living. My prayer is that someone will bless us and help us move forward. We're supposed to move the end of May but we don't have the money. I feel useless because I can't do anything to come up with money. My husband's a good man and deserves a break in life. We DON'T CARE ABOUT BEING RICH! AT ALL!! We love the simple life and Thank God for all that we have. We are TRULY BLESSED by The Lord Most High. I just hope we can just be current with ALL our bills, have zero debt and have the money to move our family 2,000 miles away to start our new life.

My Purpose
I heard about this site from someone in need on WUAH. I've been praying for a financial miracle for some time and thought I would give it a try. At the moment we are recipients and are in great immediate need but I hope to soon be able to be a donor and help other's as well. I TRULY BELIEVE WITH ALL MY HEART that my true talent in this life is to help give others faith, give love and help the needy and poor. I have a deep need to help poor family's especially now that I understand what struggles and hurt they are facing. Everybody deserves a new start in life.
