Biography

Hello everyone, Wishing you a wonderful day! Where my story begins well, here I am a mom of a 10 year old girl and she has been a true blessing to my life. She is a true strength in the tough times and our belief in God keeps us going. Maybe once in a while we go backwards but with His help and the Angels He puts in our lives makes the struggles worth going through.
We have had a big struggle this year of keeping my home from being auctioned off on Sheriff sale. As of right now it is on stand still because of the help of Microgiving and others that helped me come up with money to keep me from losing it. Thank you for all your help.
Well, the problem is when I had the home put on hold every creditor from the past came at me full force. I had ones from 9 to 10 years ago wanting to take me to court because they thought since my home wasn't selling yet I must have lot's of money. Boy, were they wrong! One even wants to take me to court for a whole $96. Wow! They must really need their money!! Bill collector's I would say is the less joy in my crazy and nutty life. To think they call me and ask for money. What should I say " Am I a bank" no but, I can give you the address to one.
My request is to have help to save my home from Sheriff auction. Microgiving has been sent all the verifying documents of what is going on. We have no way of saving our home. I am working in so many ways and so many jobs and still cannot come up with enough. I have a house and pet sitting business, I clean homes, make jewelry, have a booth in the city at the Flea Market three times a week, I do any jobs that I can get a hold of.
It is not because I didn't want to pay the house mortgage, I missed one month and then tried to send them some money but they sent it back and said it was not enough from then on I could not catch up. Sent several letters asking them to help and see if a loan modification could be done and ask for them to send papers for me to fill out for their help. I never got one letter back other than to say they were taking my home.
I am praying that those who read this if you at all can help I would so much appreciate it. If our home is taken we have no money to go on to start all over, we have no where to go to.
Our home is a cheap, and simple ranch with 3 small bedrooms. Nothing special other than to say it is our home. We have no extra things of great value. I have been selling anything and everything I can to help save our home. My daughter is even selling clothes and toys to try and help. I have had things in garage sales.

My Purpose

Praying that I am able to save my home from Sheriff auction. If we lose our home we have no money to start over and no where to go to. I am asking for help with $10,000 to help save my home. It is not the full amount I need but, will truly help. I am trying to make the rest by working many hours before the date to help also.

Where have I been?

I am sorry that I have been gone but I had to get away~ In the past couple of weeks I have been fighting major depression~ A time to try and fight for life.
The bills, people just about everything is wearing me out~ I am doing my best to get better but it is a long battle ahead. I even gave up on one of my shows that I was supposed to set up at because I was just to burned out.
I have been doing shows about every 2 to 3 days. I clean my cousins house. I took care of an elderly woman that just recently passed away at the hospital and so now I work for her husband helping him and trying to sell his items for him. I home school my daughter. I average 4 to 5 hours a sleep a night. Clean home, take care of garden, feed and water the animals.
I just made August 1st mortgage payment but barely made it in time. I cannot pay both that are due at the same week of the month and so this one I have to pay just in time for it to be due again. >>>

Description: I have received a letter that Microgiving has a copy of showing that my home will be put up for Sheriff Auction on August 19, 2009. We have two mortgages and the first one is just fine and on time with the payments. We have had so many things hit us from all directions that we have struggled to keep up with the second Mortgage. In fact there is only a couple of years left to pay the 1st Mortgage off. It is in no way an expensive home. It is a small ranch home with small rooms but it is our home and we do not want to lose it. We have had our home flooded out with no insurance and never recovered from that. I had ruptured appendix and almost died and had no insurance It has been impossible to get insurance because of the price it is. We are asking for help with $8,000. That is not enough to save our home but, we are trying to pick up as many jobs as we can and going in all directions. I am doing all I can to help come up with money also. I am trying to pick up all the jobs I can to help keep things going. I believe in God and I know we will help us through evertythings. Thank you so much for reading and I will pray that God will my send me the hlep that is needed.

My message: When someone says they are losing their home I truly know the fear, frustration and heart ache there is to go with the shock that your home you have had for 22 years is all of a sudden gone, Do I want to lose my home of course not. My daughter ask "Mom if they take our home does that mean they take my things too". Am I lazy and just not paying my bills. No that is not the case at all. I have tried to pick up every single job that I can to help save my home. So many things in the past 22 years have led to this frustrating moment. And I have nothing to go on if we do lose it to start over. Which in so many words what I am trying to say is that I have no where to go to if this auction goes on. I am coming to all of you who read this and ask if you would take the time to pray and wish us well as we go through this ruogh time. Any help wether pray, encouraging words and financial support it will help us in more ways than you can imagine. I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to read my request and hoping that you will be able to help my family in some way. I have lots of faith and trust that God will see us through and know that there are many caring people. If you are reading this and willing to help than God answered my prayer. He will bring those into my path that can help save my home~ If it was my choice I would be on the other end of this request. I dream of the day that I can read the request and have the ability to share to many others when they are hurting. It is never fun to be on the end of being in need. If I could I would fix this myself and go on with a smile but, this is to big for me and hope that you can take the time to help me with this request. Any finances will be directed to saving my home. 100% will be used for my home. If I do not come up with enough money and still lose my home which I will not do till the bitter end all money will help to relocate to a rental. Do you qualify for any additional help?: I am checking out every avenue I can to help us save our home. I have not been able to find someone who has any answered yet that I need. I have confindence that God will see us through and send the people needed to help Save our Home.

What local/other agencies have you contacted?: No local agency can help us. We are looking into get a lawyer in hopes that he can help us but, then that will cost so much more It is truly coming down to the idea that we will have to file bankruptcv if we don't have a miracle happen soon~ I truly do not want to file bankruptcy. I know we can do this without going that far with your help~

Did you get denial letters? (if so are they attached to your request?): No I did not. Just a letter saying we have no home in a couple of weeks and have no money to start all over again. All I want is a clean new start and to not worry anymore of who things are going. Microgiving has all supporting documents and a picture of the ranch home. It is only a value of around $60,000. I truly need around $14,000 to help us but, I am putting less in hopes that all the jobs I am doing will help come up with the differences.

What other sources of income do you or your family receive?: House and Pet Sitting ~ House cleaning. Every single job that I can get a hold of. I even have a website telling people different jobs that I can do.I work as a vendor in a Flea Market 3 days out of the week. I am meeting myself coming and going trying to come up with money real soon.

In great need of a new, used Van. Mine has almost 300.000 miles and falling apart.

Description: I have a van that has almost 300,000 miles on it and I have been trying to work with it now for over a year but, there is always something wrong with it. I have just came out of a hard time of trying to save my home from being auctioned off and then every creditor that could possible want money starting sending letters. I have a certified Paralegal helping get a budget but, it is taking all the money to get the creditors to leave me alone. I am in no way asking for a new van. Just a good used one that I don't have to have fixed every little bit. I still owe a mechanic from last year of the work he did on it. I am requesting $4,000 but, will accept any amount and work with it. If there is any way of help it would be so greatly appreciated. I would not be here but, I have no where else to go for assistance on this sort of help.

Who I am:
I am a determined person to overcome all obstacles in my way~ I am excited to live and breath and will succeed. My goal is to teach my daughter that we can make it no matter how dark the storm~

What I need and what brought me to MicroGiving:
Help with paying off one mortgage so we will have enough income for health insurance.

My circumstance and my need for help:
What I am trying to do is pay off one mortgage ( have two ) If the first mortgage can be paid off we can for the first time since before my daughter was born have the chance to have health insurance and protect the future. Every check goes to the regular monthly bills. We are only left with a few dollars each week to pay for food and clothing~

Any Supports other than Microgiving:
The support of Senator Evan Bayh helping work with the mortgages and the moral support of friends to see us through the roughest of times. I will grab onto any support I can to pay off the first mortgage and then things will be more secure.

My goal has focused a little differently for now~  The income is very
little now because of being laid off~  Trying to pick up every job
possible to keep paying the house payments~ When the first mortgage is
paid off it will make life an amazing turn over~  Still determined to
keep going and making money where ever I can. I am looking forward to
the day when I can help people instead of needing help~ Have a great

Anything is better than gull stones. Brooks is going to Shiner's
hospital for therapy to get Brooks up and walk. He needs to get up on

I feel so bad for you. Try to stay strong. I lost my mother back in
2008, and I'm still not over it. I did get counsling at hospice, which
was free. They taught me to light a candle when I thought about her.
That helped a little. The bottom line death sucks, and don't let
anyone tell on how long it's going to take. You take all the time you
need. May God Bless you and remember she's watching, so make her proud
in what ever you do.
