Biography
My name is Michael Dominguez and I am now 25 years old. At the age of 6 I was diagnosed with Alopecia. All of my hair on my entire body is gone and I have been dealing with this for 19 years now. At the age of 7, I started to go to different doctors in search of a cure or for a way for my hair to grow back. Unfortunately, all of the doctors gave me the same answer which was �they could do nothing for me�. My parents tried all they could and all they could afford at the time to make sure I had my hair back one day. Now at the age of 25 I am still without hair on my head, eyebrows, legs, and arms. I recently discovered a place called Hair Club here in downtown Chicago, IL. I went for a consultation and discovered that they could actually help me. Although they told me my hair would never grow back, I could get a surgical procedure done where they physically implant hair into my scalp. It is a lengthy and costly procedure that I nor my family can afford. My girlfriend and I are in the process of moving and we also have a baby on the way. The procedure costs approximately $4000 to complete. We only could afford to put down $100 to guarantee him a spot on the list. I ask that you kindly donate what you can so that my lifelong dream of having my hair back can finally come true after all these years. Thank you for reading and god bless!!
