Biography

My Name is Antonio Steward but I like to me called Tony for short. I was just 17 teen when I lost both legs due to a tragic violent crime.

My Purpose

I am seeking some help so that one day I will have a car to
drive myself to physical therapy. I have to go to, physcial
therapy four times every week to learn how to walk. I am learning how to use my prosthesis. I would like to be able to drive a car with hand conrtol's. I want to live life again and be independent upon myself.

My Interests

baseball, going to the movies, being with friends, football, riding my hand cycle, to do a triathlon one day

I am back home from working at the fair, I had lots of fun
down in San Deigo, I meet new friend and a lot of different
kinds of people most of them were funny. The thing that I like
the most about working is that you have your own money, working
a job is good for your soul, it has help me to be a indenpendent person
by making my own money. >>>

Description: 2009 Chrysler Town&Country Van our just any help so i could have some transportation with hand control's to go back and foruth to physical therapy

My progress: i am comming along okbut,it is going to take some time for me to heal completely how long i don,t no but i will stay the course until i am able to walk with my prosthetios

This is a one time only expense assistance request for 3 adults

My message:i would hope that if anyone has gone through a tragedy in their life that they have a family like i have. my mother and all of my family has supported me from day one,without their love and praise i don,t think i would have made it this far

Stay hopeful :)  This is a tough economy right now and people who used
to have a little extra are tightening their purse strings as they are
not sure how bad things are going to get.  We don't have purse
strings, our income comes in and usually goes out the same day so we
sometimes forget what it's like to even be able to tighten the strings
and save a dime.
