Biography
Hello my name is Shamica Frye.
I am going to be honest. I am a striving 25 year old student; looking to start my life over. I took a journey down the wrong path and now I am here today to start over.
I am on my own. My mother has lupus and lung cancer (She never smoked a day in her life). My brother passed away when I was in the 6th grade, he was only 17 years old.
My father is pretty messed up and is on drugs, he lives in Richmond, CA. Growing up with my father I was surrounded by all these bad influences and got mixed up in them for a while. Some terrible things happened and I finally woke up and realized those things weren't for me. I am suppose to be majoring in fashion design and small business. Not the streets!
I am in need of clothing, food and shelter and a car to get me to and from school. If you may have any of those items I will take that. I am looking for work as well.
My Purpose
I want to help others once I get myself stable enough to do so. Thank you for reading my profile.
Description: Shamica is a 25 year old student who is the first to admit she has made a few mistakes in
her life. But she has accepted responsibility for her actions and is trying her best to
learn from her experiences and use them in a positive minor rather than a negative one.
You should know, The MicroGiving Team believes Shamica is working incredibly hard to make
better choices for herself. She recently decided to go back to school and is confident
she will finish as long as she continues to work hard and stays on the right path.
Shamica needs all of us to support her new vision. We truly hope your will support Shamica
and donate a few dollars to help her get her feet on the ground. All donations to Shamica
will go to her general living expenses, which include..... food & housing, clothing
for job interviews and a public transportation pass (she does not have a car).

Do you qualify for any additional help?: I was recieving food stamps until my worker sent me a form saying that I no longer qualified for food stamps because I was in school.
What local/other agencies have you contacted?: Sacramento, Ca county human assistance,
Section 8 of sacramento,ca., I apply for many jobs.
Did you get denial letters? (if so are they attached to your request?): I got a denial letter from sacramento,ca county human assistance saying I can no longer get assistance from them due to me going to school.
What other sources of income do you or your family receive?: None.
