needs help getting special needs child summer gears and to be able to move to a safe pl

Description: i have 3 children's my youngest has lead poisoning when she was younger she is in the first grade still cant do what her peers can do where we live there is no yard for her to go out side and be a child i could use help getting all my children's things for teh summer and they younger one needs a lot more items not just clothes she talks in sign lang as she talks also she is on a iep at school all she asks for is a home with a yard i dont have the extra money to be able to go and get her new things let alone move im starting this out in a low amount not sure if im doing this right but thank u all for listening to me

Oh..my youngest son had lead poisoning when he was a toddler, I
remember all the treatments he had to go through..it was a terrible
time.  My youngest was also born with a genetic disorder called
Fragile X syndrome and for several years he used sign to communicate
as he was non-verbal till about 5 and around 7 years old started using
spoken language regularly.  It's not easy dealing with a child with
mental/emotional challenged.  I have a mentally challenged adult son
and my youngest is now 17.  It was a hard rocky road with these
boys...I understand.
